At DesiKapde.com, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear.

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotions.

  • Customized or altered products.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email us at support@desikapde.com or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).

  2. Approval – Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Pick-Up/Shipping – We will arrange a pick-up or ask you to courier the product to our address.

  4. Inspection – Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.


3. Refund Policy

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
